  Healthy Bitter Gourd Chips

Key Ingredients:
bitter gourd, curd, salt, garam  masala

    Ingredients:

  • 1kg bitter gourd
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • garam masala - a pinch

    Method:

  • Cut bitter gourd into thin round slices and dry it for one day. Next day soak the bitter gourd in curd, and salt.
  • Then dry it in the sun until it is fully dried and becomes crisp.
  • Store in an air-tight container
  • Garnish with garam masala powder, just before serving.
