Healthy Bitter Gourd Chips

Key Ingredients: bitter gourd, curd, salt, garam masala

Ingredients:
- 1kg bitter gourd
- ½ cup Curd
- 4 tsp Salt
- garam masala - a pinch
Method:
- Cut bitter gourd into thin round slices and dry
it for one day. Next day soak the bitter gourd in curd, and salt.
- Then dry it in the sun until it is fully dried
and becomes crisp.
- Store in an air-tight container
- Garnish with garam masala powder, just before serving.
